BPC-157 Peptide – 10mg
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide composed of 15 amino acids. It is derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice and is of interest in research for its potential activity in angiogenesis, tissue regeneration, and inflammation modulation. Preclinical studies have evaluated BPC-157 in models of tendon, ligament, muscle, nerve, and gastrointestinal tissue repair.

Overview
BPC-157 has been investigated for its potential to influence nitric oxide synthesis, growth factor pathways, and extracellular matrix formation. Experimental findings indicate that it may accelerate angiogenesis, stabilize vascular integrity, and protect against oxidative stress. It has also been studied for its ability to stimulate fibroblast migration, support collagen deposition, and improve healing outcomes in soft tissue and musculoskeletal injury models.

Research has further suggested neuroprotective potential, with studies showing possible effects on central nervous system injury and peripheral nerve recovery. Because BPC-157 is stable in human gastric juice and does not appear to require enzymatic activation, it is being evaluated as a promising candidate for regenerative and gastrointestinal research.

Research and Clinical Studies

Soft Tissue and Wound Healing
Animal studies have demonstrated accelerated wound contraction, angiogenesis, and granulation tissue formation with BPC-157 exposure. Increased fibroblast activity and collagen organization have been reported.

Tendon and Ligament Repair
In preclinical models, BPC-157 promoted tendon fibroblast migration and improved healing in injured ligaments, potentially through activation of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and paxillin signaling.

Muscle Injury Models
Corticosteroid-compromised muscle injury models showed improved regeneration and restoration of muscle contractile function following BPC-157 administration.

Neuroprotection
BPC-157 has been evaluated in experimental nerve injury models, with reports of functional recovery and neurovascular support, suggesting neurotrophic activity.

Gastrointestinal Studies
Research has indicated protective effects against gastric mucosal injury and possible improvement in intestinal anastomosis healing, implicating its activity in gut-brain axis modulation.

BPC-157 peptide is available for research and laboratory purposes only. Not for human consumption.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here you’ll find answers to common questions.

How do I know the peptides I order are exactly what the label says?

Every vial we sell comes from a lab that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). That means each step of production is documented and controlled. Before a batch is released, it’s tested by independent third-party labs for purity, identity, and sterility. Certificates of analysis are available so you can see the exact test results.

Yes. The labs we work with use ISO-certified clean rooms where air quality, equipment, and handling procedures are tightly regulated. Staff are trained to pharmaceutical-grade standards. This ensures the peptides are produced in an environment that minimizes contamination risks.

Peptides in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form are stable at room temperature for transport. Once you receive them, refrigeration is recommended to maintain long-term integrity. We package every order securely to prevent damage and ship promptly, so your vials arrive in optimal condition.

We operate under strict in-house protocols that follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). That means our team oversees the entire process from sourcing raw amino acids to the final lyophilized vial. Nothing is outsourced or repackaged. This gives us full control over purity, consistency, and sterility, and it’s why we can stand behind every single vial we ship.

Store them in the refrigerator, away from direct light and heat. If you need to keep them longer, some peptides can be stored frozen. Each vial comes with clear handling instructions so you know the proper conditions for stability.

The strongest proof is transparency. For every peptide, we can provide certificates of analysis, manufacturing documentation, and references to the published scientific research behind it. If you ever have questions, we’ll show you the data rather than ask you to take our word for it.
