At Montreal Peptides, we provide fast and reliable 3–5 day shipping across Canada. Free Shipping applies to all orders.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.

Express Options
We also offer expedited shipping services. Additional courier options, such as FedEx, will be available soon.

Order Confirmation
Once your package has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. However, in certain cases, Montreal Peptides may issue store credit at our discretion. Cash refunds are not offered.

Refund Eligibility
Requests for store credit must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order. Credits may only be granted if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Refund Timeframe
Approved store credits are typically processed within 2–3 business days and can be applied toward future purchases.
